Working in conjunction with two (2) separate utilities as the energy providers, the Post Falls property boasts some of the lowest power costs in the country. At under 4.00 cents per kWh, with an estimated PUE of 1.30 or lower, the energy cost at the Post Falls site is considerably lower than the industry standard of 1.35. The Post Falls site will also include a 100 MVA onsite power sub-station and a top of the line evaporative cooling system. Carrier neutral connectivity capable of redundant pathways can be provided from Qwest, Level 3 AT&T, Zayo, Intermountain Infrastructure Group and Fat Pipe.

Substantial economic incentives are also available from the state of Idaho including possible real estate tax abatement. Idaho is a business friendly state with a “can do” spirit of collaborational cooperation!


Located 15 minutes from Spokane, Washington, the Post Falls site is uniquely located near Interstate 90 the major transportation corridor across Washington and Idaho, as well as the Spokane International Airport.
